At James & Joy Inc we stand behind the quality of our merchandise. If there are any errors/damages/shortages with your shipment, please contact us as soon as possible and allow us to correct it for you.
Please check and count goods as soon as merchandise is received. Any requests/claims must be made to us within 5 days of receipt of goods to be approved for exchange/replacement. These requests must be submitted to James & Joy Inc in writing - by fax or email. No refunds are issued and no returns are accepted, only exchanges. Merchandise that is returned to James & Joy Inc without an official return authorization number will not be accepted and will be returned back to the shipper at their expense.
While James & Joy Inc. stands behind the workmanship of its products, we will not exchange any products which has been subject to (i) improper use or application, misuse or abuse, or (ii) accident/damages caused by purchaser or customer or (iii) claims made past 5 days of receipt of goods.
